Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR SALE ITEMS.
If your item is faulty please return the item within 7 days after delivery, please email our customer service team at email@example.com informing us that item received is faulty, Rosa FL team member will take you step by step on how to return the item. Rosa FL will be happy to exchange your purchase provided that it is returned in original condition with original packaging and labels intact, and is unworn and unwashed. We advise that all returns are packed within appropriate shipping box or envelope and forwarded using a TRACKABLE service, Rosa FL cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged due to packaging and/or postage.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES, AS WELL AS DUTIES AND TAXES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return provided that it meets our Returns
Policy, refunds will ONLY be made in the form of store credit.
Rosa FL will not refund, nor will we be held liable for postage and handling charges, unless goods are
deemed faulty by our customer service team.
Replacements and Exchanges
Rosa FL are happy to replace or exchange items provided that the item originally purchased meets our returns policy requirements. Items that are exchanged or replaced for an item of the same value will be shipped once the original item purchased is received.
Any difference that is to be refunded, will be applied automatically to store credit; however any difference that is to be charged will require over-the-phone payment authorization.
